School Crossing Guard
Description:
Assist with crossing children and young adults at intersections near Allegan Public Schools by stopping traffic in a safe manner and in accordance with State law. Paid training and equipment will be provided. Must be able to physically stand for up to an hour and work in adverse environmental conditions. Snow days are paid.
Work calendar is based on school calendar. Summers are unpaid.
Shifts are an hour during the morning before school starts and hour after school ends (some shifts contain an hour in the afternoon during school lunch time). Pay is $11/hr.
Criminal background checks will be performed.
